Load from IOS250 without IOS249 #55

Thought CFG USB Loader could load from IOS250,it still requires IOS249.
I hope you can make an IOS250 version.

Load from IOS250 can prevent most updates because the version of IOS250 is 
65535(Highest version).

There is a IOS250 version which is compiled by me.
By the way,could you tell me which version of DevkitPPC you are using now?

我希望你們可以做一個只需要IOS250就能開啟的版本

這裡有個我自己編譯的IOS250版本
還有，可以說一下你用的是那一版的DevkitPPC

having 249 and 222 binaries is already a hassle, i don't want to have to handle 
a third one in the series. besides the usefulness of this is questionable.
