Max themes = 100?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install more than 100 themes
2. Try to use it
3. Cfg USB Loader see only 100 of them

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect try more than 100 themes, all installed ones; I see only the 1st
100 installed, not the others

What version of the loader are you using?
57b5-222 and also 57b4-222

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
The problem is independent from sysmenu version (tried with 3.2E and 4.2E)

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
HDD 2TB, the themes are on SD (it's a 2GB standard SD, *NOT* SDHC)

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
SD formatted FAT32
HDD with games formatted NTFS

Which cios are you using and which version (222, 249v??)?
222 v4 (Hermes) and 249 v19 (Waninkoko)
