Do not do a faster return to hbc #7

When I put the home button the loader does not prompt if I want currenly do
it only return to the homebrew channel without prompt anything.

I accidentaly pressed it several times and I did need to start the loader
again, a warning asking to continue, close or return to wii (in this case
whould be hbc) like the rest of original games will prevent an accidental
pressed home button.

I made a patch for home key menu, Im waiting the new source code which work 
with 
cIOS 222 v5 and IOSX rev19. Public SVN trunk currently too old.

still
have not been uploaded to SVN.

Patch for home key menu working with cfg ul v54. Tested with my wii 3.2u conn24 
option on.

That will be better if this patch merge into trunk.
I also schedule add key 1 2 in home key menu for launch HBC and System Menu, if 
admin unlock. Because I set cfg ul as auto boot app, and this will be easier to 
access 
HBC and System Menu.

new patch add key 1: launch HBC, 2: launch System Menu. Those will hide on menu 
display when admin lock on. 
Note: while using priiloader set auto boot cfg ul, and exit to auto boot. To 
using key 
2: launch System Menu, require  priiloader rev R68+, which provide magic 
keyword.

In v68 pressing home in the new gui menu will pop-up a dialog window with 
various options like restart, hbc, shutdown, ...

Could you add a config.txt option to disable show return to hbc on this menu?, 
i have all apps on sd and it´s dangerous to show hbc to my family

Maybe I could tie the hiding of the HBC option in home menu to the 
disable_options.
(Unless home is set to hbc)

I looking into http://gwht.wikidot.com/configurable-options but i really don´t 
know what options are disabled if set disable_options to 1, perhaps my english 
it´s not enought to understand it... could you explain to me? if this option 
not enable the autoaccept option i think it´s a good idea
