What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put the file in the correct folder.
2. Wait until Email IO Connector picks up the file.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the file (note that the subject is empty) being picked up, but it is
not being picked up.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
We've just updated to version 2.0.8. In the release notes I noticed: "If the
subject was empty and there was a rule defined for the subject that the mail
could not be processed." But I'm not sure what that means or does. Was it a
problem and should it be fixed in 2.0.8?
Please provide any additional information below.
The mail with the error was forwarded to me, therefore in the attached file the
subject is not empty by FW:
