Search for RFC objects not working #10

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for existing RFC object, e.g. BAPI_BCA_PO_CREATE
2. No objects are returned
3. Search without any restriction for function or object
4. List of objects is populated with all available objects
5. Enter search criteria
6. List of all objects is not updated. Still full list of all objects is visible

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Search should update the list of available objects. Only objects matching the
search criteria should be displayed in the list of objects.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SAP Connector 2.0.4 (ISVP Version)

Please provide any additional information below.

We have existing RFC which is accessible thru SAP connector. whereas when we
add new RFC and released it for remote systems, the same is not displayed in
SAP connector. We chose RFC option. one more thing when we search is with Z it
shows the RFCs starting with Z whereas when we z (small case) it shows RFCs
starting with z along with starting _ (underscore). We tried after restarting
the services also which is also not useful.

There was a small bug in Filter - CONTAINS does not return strings that ends
with input string. This is now fixed. Also the filter is not case sensitive.

For changes please refer r19.
