What steps will reproduce the problem?

User mapping should work for on service container level not on service group 
level.

Huh? I don't think so.. The idea of the Service Group and Service container 
concept is that all containers under a service group are configured exactly the 
same. User mapping MUST be done on Service Group level, otherwise the scaling / 
load balancing principles will not work.

So this enhancement is invalid.

Hi Phillip, sorry my fault. I was tempted to this setting since it is still not 
prevented by the platform. You are right. several service containers in one 
service group should be used for fail over or load balancing only.
