maxconnectiones needs to be increased in BOP 4.1 #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Keep the max connections as 2
2. Fire a request
3. Request timeouts

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In C3 when we had 2 max connections error was not coming but in BOP 4.1 we are 
getting request timeout. the increase in connections incurs cost to the customer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? On
what BOP version? On what SAP release?
BOP 4.1 CU6, Windows 2008

Please provide any additional information below.
