Update docker-compose.yml #7

Since the middleware is already defined in docker-compose.traefik.yml, those lines in backend service are not needed (as in streamlit and panel services).

I think there's a chance it could be run independently and if the middleware is not found it would error out. I'm not really sure, I haven't used this specific logic and files in a long while, I'm using other things. I currently wouldn't be able to thoroughly review if this is fine and there are not corner cases that break, so I would prefer to leave it as it is. But thanks! :coffee:
