Apologies for the previous pull request! Still getting used to using git/github...

A recap of the changes to this doc:

Simplified language and combined sentences to improve readability
Re-ordered and re-named headers to improve clarity
Restructured explanations to focus on the core function of the doc (to help users get started rather than learning about something)

I'm not a programmer, so I would appreciate any and all feedback!
