与dnsmasq配合会有问题

环境：dnsmasq-full - 2.86-2 luci-app-bypass - 1.2-77 luci-i18n-bypass-zh-cn - 1.2-77 lede 2022.12.12日的snapshot源码，Linux 5.15.82

bypass启动后，系统日志中dnsmasq错误日志如下： Tue Dec 13 18:12:56 2022 cron.err crond[20967]: crond (busybox 1.35.0) started, log level 8 Tue Dec 13 18:13:12 2022 daemon.crit dnsmasq[1]: cannot access directory /tmp/dnsmasq.by: No such file or directory Tue Dec 13 18:13:12 2022 daemon.crit dnsmasq[1]: FAILED to start up Tue Dec 13 18:13:12 2022 cron.err crond[22346]: crond (busybox 1.35.0) started, log level 8

实际该目录和文件已经建立了 root@FaMIC:/tmp# ll dnsmasq.by/ drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 80 Dec 13 18:13 ./ drwxrwxrwt 28 root root 1040 Dec 13 18:21 ../ -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 140 Dec 13 18:13 black.conf -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 170 Dec 13 18:13 white.conf

应该是dnsmasq初始化的太早了，没等到相关目录和文件初始化完成
