Memory Protections: Define memory protection configuration profiles #11

Memory protection configuration profiles group value assignment for each memory protection setting. Tests and users can easily refer to these values by their profile name. Example profile names would be "DEBUG", "PROD", etc. The actual profiles are described in this issue.

So we have following profiles:

Minimal
Default
DEBUG
PROD

We might need to reduce the number of "profiles".
