Disable "Predictable Network Interface Names" #17

In a hilarious bit of irony, we need to disable this "feature" so that our network names are predictably "ethX" (but only actually totally necessary for newer builds of udev -- ie, post-jessie).

(Discovered this bug that will bite us later while I was playing with building ISOs based on Sid instead of Jessie.)
