This was working fine yesterday, did a pull from docker hub today and it's now broken: Here is the error message:

The files belonging to this database system will be owned by user "postgres".
This user must also own the server process.

The database cluster will be initialized with locale "en_US.utf8".
The default database encoding has accordingly been set to "UTF8".
The default text search configuration will be set to "english".

Data page checksums are enabled.

Success. You can now start the database server using:

    pg_ctl -D /var/lib/postgresql/14/data -l logfile start

Failure, exiting

I found that the culprit is postgresql-plpython3-14 After installing this plugin, pg_upgrade version number changes to 14.3. So it's not caused by this project.
