What does the negative rank mean #16

Dear professor： I find some rank of the result from pMTnet is -1e-04, is there any Bugs？ image

Hi @pumpkin-hat,

Thanks for your interest in our study and for pointing out the issue. It is a potential bug. These pairs should be highly ranked and supposed to be 1e-04. I suggest treating these ranks as 1e-04. I will fix the bug accordingly.
