Hi Dr. Lu, it's really a fantastic tool.

When inputing: CAVNRGAQKLVF, MTEYKLVAKSAAI, DRA1*02:01, the website shows an error ("Unexcepted error happened.")

Would you please offer some help?

Thanks a lot for your interest!

We are working on support for class II pMHCs in pMTnet v2, and will submit the manuscript later this year. I am sorry that we cannot provide this capability sooner
