New master scripts for unsupervised and hybrid methods

The proposed changes described from the most important to the least:

added new master scripts unsupervised and hybrid which enables parallelism and doesn't interfere with the filesystem
letting mzR library handle different file formats by itself
introduce some basic unit testing
make a drawing of plots optional
removal of binaries from the git tree
some small R code cleanups
