Always remind me "注册失败", and I even couldn't recharge, could you tell me what I should do? And buy one year VIP for it, and now I change a new phone and couldn't use it.

I can’t restore my membership on my iPad but it’s working on phone, what’s the problem I need help please it’s almost a week now…
