Can you say more about how the model would contribute to scientific knowledge or clinical practice? Would it help clinical researchers understand PDAC? Would it help clinician diagnose? Would it help them understand prognosis or disease severity?

Thank you Dr. Kane for your comments and suggestions! We have updated our proposal accordingly and hopefully you'll find it helpful. Regarding the clinical significance, please refer to our updated proposal, specifically in the section interpretation of results.

We think that the model will contribute to PDAC diagnosis because identified frequent mutation locations can be a target for clinical examination as a first step in PDAC diagnosis. Furthermore, treatment specifically targeting these genes will be more efficient compared to existing treatments targeting genes that are not frequent secondary mutation genes.
