Thank you so much Dr. Kane for your feedback on our presentation! We have updated our research proposal accordingly and we hope you'll find it helpful.

We will provide preliminary data and results of our exploratory analysis as soon as possible and we have already spotted several frequent locations for secondary mutations such as RBM10. As a next step, we will examine and compare the survival status of patients with/without mutations in these genes. We will provide the KM survival plot as a visualization of our results.

Regarding the variables, please kindly refer to the Research Plan section in the updated proposal. Specifically, we will focus on the mutation dataset, the mRNA sequencing z-score dataset, the survival status of patients, and the clinical record of the patients which contains demographic information. Our variables of interest will be time-to-event (death), mutation locations, gene expression and the demographics of patients.
