Hello! When I compile caffe, there are some errors like:.build_release/lib/libcaffe.so:对‘cv::imread(cv::String const&, int)’未定义的引用

When I compile CTPN, there are error: cython src/utils/cpu_nms.pyx gcc -shared -pthread -fPIC -fwrapv -O2 -Wall -fno-strict-aliasing \ -I/usr/include/python2.7 -o src/utils/cpu_nms.so src/utils/cpu_nms.c In file included from /usr/include/python2.7/numpy/ndarraytypes.h:1777:0, from /usr/include/python2.7/numpy/ndarrayobject.h:18, from /usr/include/python2.7/numpy/arrayobject.h:4, from src/utils/cpu_nms.c:525: /usr/include/python2.7/numpy/npy_1_7_deprecated_api.h:15:2: warning: #warning "Using deprecated NumPy API, disable it by " "#defining NPY_NO_DEPRECATED_API NPY_1_7_API_VERSION" [-Wcpp]

Please help me!

LQNew commented 6 years ago

Hi,I meet your first problem,how did you solve it??

Digital2Slave commented 6 years ago

Hi, I meet the same issue. I think this issue may be caused by the different version of OpenCV. The default version of opencv should be OpenCV 2.x not OpenCV 3.x

Digital2Slave commented 6 years ago

@zyxrrr @LQNew I fixed this issue.

Here is my Makefile.config

@zyxrrr @LQNew I fixed this issue.

  • USE_PKG_CONFIG := 1
  • INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /home/tzx/local/include /usr/local/include /usr/include/hdf5/serial

/home/tzx/local/include and home/tzx/local/lib /usr/local/lib contain the related files of my own special version of OpenCV 2.4.13.4.
