How to draw Figure3 in the paper? #152

I use formula 3 to calculate center-ness, and visualize it. But it looks not very like the Figure3 in the paper (see the left below), can you provide the code to draw Figure3, thanks!

@ZhengMengbin I am sorry and I cannot find the code now. The code is exactly the same as Eq. (3) in our paper. Also, to me, the two figures are the same.
