Remove SASS dependency (achieve full vanilla form)

It's simple module, that can me made free of non-standard dependencies.

Is there a chance to have plain CSS instead of SASS?

I see that 'css' file is also added to repository. Still it'll be good if this repository has one style edit point and that's a CSS and not SASS
