zope.app.securitypolicy #2

It appears that <include package="zope.app.securitypolicy" file="meta.zcml" /> 
fails. Because there is no meta.zcml it that specific egg. It may be a good 
idea to specify the correct version of that egg in buildout.cfg.

From the changelog (http://pypi.python.org/pypi/zope.app.securitypolicy/3.5.2) 
it seems that all the this egg now handles only ZMI views the rest moved to 
zope.securitypolicy

The diff attached is a fix of the problem.
