In the transaction activity:

[x] Only update exchange rate when both foreign and home amount is present and edited
[x] Get latest exchange rate from database
[x] Set home amount from foreign amount and exchange rate previously loaded / updated from Internet
[x] Save current exchange rate to database as today's value
