Old currency exchange rates disappear after adding a new one

To reproduce:

In settings -> entities -> exchange rates
select a desired currency pair, es EUR - USD
you will see all the historical values you inserted in the past
add a new exchange value, eg as of today and hit save
all the values disappear form the list of EUR Vs USD (the bug)
select again from the drop-down list either USD or EUR and the list would get populated

That's it. So the values (both the old ones and the recently added one) are there, just the refresh does not work after adding the new one.
