Teleport markers

Let's add teleport markers for the various minibosses. Guidelines: use the sword icon, mark the sqm directly next to the teleport (not the teleport itself, because then you'd walk in when mapclicking!) and use a label of the form:

Those markers I will move to a Devovorga event pack, that automatically gets enabled/disabled throughout the year.

Boss spawn tile markers

The bosses seem to have exact spawn tiles, so let's try to mark those as well with the red cross icon and a label like:
