Explore Nimmersatt's Lair #270

We'll need to collect the map data for Nimmersatt's Lair, as well as any other map changes such as the new boat NPC, + add markers. If anyone has the maps, please share them here!

We also need to add more markers for (and towards) confirmed albino dragon spawn locations.

Move PoI albino marker to https://tibiamaps.io/map#32770,32312,12:3, which seems to be the exact spawn point in this video: https://www.reddit.com/r/TibiaMMO/comments/17cibe2/utevo_res_ina_albino_dragon/

I don't have confirmed information but a friend of mine said the Zao spot is somewhere where the poison bomb is in this image: image
