Newbie tutorial gone missing #286

https://github.com/tibiamaps/tibia-map-data/commit/86369571e250ac0c5eb534b05219582448281ef2 removed the maps for new newbie tutorial in Thais Peninsula. We need to apply the changes from https://github.com/tibiamaps/tibia-map-data/commit/34109f718a6de14f84423bc16d684ba89291f34d to https://github.com/tibiamaps/tibia-map-data/tree/main/extra/orcsoberfest-island and https://github.com/tibiamaps/tibia-map-data/tree/main/extra/percht-island as well.
