PACKAGE_VERSION is still 2.7 #39

In the new 2.8 release, src/config.h still defines the version to 2.7 (twice, once as PACKAGE_VERSION, once as VERSION)

Long time no chat... Thanks for having caught the version thing. I guess I rushed things because of lack of time. Fixed now. Thanks!
