External Diff: pass over existing filenames when possible #63

It seems, QGit generates random cryptic filenames to be viewed by External Diff tool. Instead It should pass over real(existing) filenames for a working dir files.

This way any changed in working dir files can be reviewed and corrected using External Diff right before commit.
