Toolbar icons too small #81

Toolbar icons are too small, I think changing from 16x16 to 22x22 would be better :) or give some option

If svg versions of icons exist, it may be best to use those so size won't be a concern.

In this repo the question with icin size are resolved. The size of the icons can be set.
