Would like either the Ctrl+C shortcut changed to copy or ability to change shortcuts #93

I get caught a lot due to habit of using Ctrl+C to copy highlighted text in the diff, but it prompts for "text to a checkout prompt. I understand why the checkout shortcut is assigned as such, but I think copy is pretty universal. Option to change shortcuts or set checkout to a different one? I can implement this, look into shortcut handling and get back to you if you want to delegate this feature/fix.

Sorry, I forgot some critical information. This is on Linux, not mac os x 10.6.8 (it seems to be fine there) qgit 2.8 Compiled against QT 5.11.1, Gentoo Linux Linux [hostname] 4.14.173 #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Mar 13 13:47:54 PDT 2020 x86_64 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2860QM CPU @ 2.50GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

Since it's an older version, I'll emerge 2.9 and let you know if that fixes it.

That resolves it. Update to 2.9
