Inkscape SVGs have no preview in preview pane #119

Inkscape SVGs do not display a preview on explorer's preview pane. Saving as optimized SVGs make preview available.

How to duplicate:

  1. Open Inkscape
  2. Draw anything or open an existing SVG
  3. Save as an Inkscape SVG
  4. Save as an optimized SVG
  5. Check saved files in explorer's preview pane
