Add BFO Process assertions, change IRI

1. Change trailing # to trailing slash (I believe slash is preferred in modern OBO ontologies)
2. Changes to comments. These were introduced by Protege and are not important. Perhaps we are using different versions of OWL API?
3. Changes to BFO Process class and references to it. Addresses #9
