fix inconstistencies #103

Although the Pallet reasoner was used during development, there are inconsitencies detected with ELK.

These will be fixed in:

After fixing the three above errors ELK doe not find any inconsistencies anymore. So this will hopefully close https://git.tib.eu/terminology/terminology-system-config/-/issues/37
