As I haven't used an automated approach for term import, but a mixture between the MIREOT Protégé and copying between ontologies in one workspace, there might be some metadata/axioms missing.
This needs to be changed eventually in an automated fashion with proper direct import of modules (SLMEs) generated with ROBOT extract or ODK, but atm things needed to get done quickly and I don't have the proper coding skills / ressources for this yet.
