improve "language" data property #127

This data property (AEON:0000154) is intended to provide the language in which an academic event is held and meant to be of a value that is restricted by the ISO 639-1 standard. In order to be more precise and modular it might be better to integrate the still ongoing work of the language ontology at some point. However it needs to be discussed first, if we need the complexity of a language participating in an academic event, or if a data property is sufficient in AEON.

Left it as data property for now, but will discuss this with the VIVO ontology interest group to see if modeling it with a language class from the Language Ontology would be better.
