improve "contact" data properties #129

The data properties intended for details of the contact person need more metadata (definition, term editor etc).

It needs to be discussed, if we need this information to be modeled more fine grained using e.g. iao:'email address' (see also https://github.com/information-artifact-ontology/IAO/issues/130). For now it seems sufficient to have them as data properties.

The problem with modeling these with ICE classes is that there seems to be no OBO consensus as of yet. I plan to map the data properties to schema.org later but before the v1 release.
