change parent property of 'has joint event' & 'has collocated event' #138

So far these two object properties are subsumed under 'has occurrent part', which seems wrong, as they are not really occurent parts of a an accademic event. An event and a collocated or joint event are parts of a grander process. However, these two relations are intended to be used to link two academic events together directly, without the need to refer to this grander process.

It seems best to pull these two relation up on and place them directly under owl:topObjectProperty for now. Time will tell if these two will be really needed. If yes, the data anotated with them should shed some more light on the how they can be defined in a more ontological way.
