This PR reverts the use of OBIB:0000625 "contact role" and instead revives its equivalent AEON:0000009 "'contact person role'". For this to take place we must also drop the deprecated OMRSE:00000024 "role in social planned process" from the OMRSE import, which was wrongly imported as it is still the parent of OBIB:0000625 in OBIB.
