Bring back the Twitter handle property #28

We need to be able to relate a Twitter account to an academic event or event series in ConfIDent.

History: In a very early alpha version of AEON, I created a data property. But while getting to know BFO/OBO a bit more I decided to drop that. In #152 i did this https://github.com/tibonto/aeon/issues/28#issuecomment-1228527230.

For the time being, I've added the class 'Twitter account' (AEON:0000182) under iao:ICE and the object relation 'has Twitter account' (AEON:0000182). As should become clear by the editor note and term_status of these terms, there should be a more suitable external BFO bases ontology that defines such things.
