Add "is_about_subject" and "is_about_topic" as subproperties of "is_about" #38

We need this destinction to use aeon:is_about_subject with a controlled list (OECD/DFG classification) and aeon:is_about_topic for any topic or topics an event can cover.

The object properties relating events and series to an 'academic field' (=subject) or a topic are atm: 'academic field of' / 'has academic field' & 'topic of' / 'has topic' which are not subproperties of iao:'is about' as these relations are between an event or series and a skos:Concept. For now this will suffice, but if we decide to use the iao:'information content entity' branch instead of skos:Concept, this will have to be reopened again.
