make appropriate classes and object properties for the remaining data properties #91

The remaining data properties need to be reviewed in order to identify which concepts should rather be modeled using classes and object properties.

The above commits where made in the branch: issue91-data-properties As it seems better to break this into smaller issues and as there has been parallel development, that leaves to too many conflics when trying to merge main into this branch, it will be discarded.
