Code reorganization

I feel like the sources are getting messy and hard to work with and debug again. Things in particular:

• Separate response patterns and other configuration into separate files rather than being in the code modules
• Move the rest of markovmix's code into this repo; merge as much code from it and nikkybot as possible
• Do something about pattern table objects, module functions, and NikkyAI class functions of the same or similar names. The difference between them is subtle and they call each other, but it gets confusing. Many of those functions are long enough that they would probably be better off split into multiple functions.
• Possibly even look into something like supybot and see if this can be reimplemented as a module. Having something that can be fully reloaded without restarting the bot (rather than just the nikkyai/markovmixai modules) would be nice.

All done! \o/ Not going to rewrite for any other framework right now (reloading situation has been improved quite a bit, anyway). I still think many of those bot frameworks are overkill for what I need; no need to add more large libraries than necessary, which may be unproven as far as stability or security is concerned.
