Hello, I would like to know why, when we try to start a task with real-time tracking, this message keeps appearing, and the time does not start counting.

This happens when actualtime is already tracking time in another task. The problem is, the link that appears in the pop-up isn't redirecting to the Ticket where you're already tracking your time. Instead, it is pointing to the ticket you're trying to track your time, in this case you can see the ticket ID (27720) in the pop-up is the ticket you're trying to track your time and not the one "you are already working". It happens with me too and I have to search the ticket I'm already working manually. GLPI: 10.0.11, Actualtime: 3.0.0. @OscarBeiro could you check it, please?
