We have GLPI running on an internal network with a firewall redirecting access to the machine from the internet. From the external network, the domain name points to the public IP. On the internal network, the local DNS points to the internal IP address of the GLPI instance.
When the client is on the internal network, GAPP is still trying to connect to the public IP.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Disable Wifi -> external network
Enter username and password in GAPP, and press login
GAPP is logged in, logout
Enable Wifi -> internal network
Enter username and password in GAPP, and press login
GAPP gives an error:
Errir
Error 005-1420135 -> failed to connect to [domain name as configured]/[External IP] (port [port number] from /[internal IP of the client] (port [client port]) after 5000 ms
Expected behavior
The expected behavior is that GAPP will use the local IP resolution when on the local network.
