new version 2.2.0 does not load images[Feature] #43

In this new version, technicians are not able to view the images attached by applicants within the GLPI. When clicking on the file the image does not load and when trying to download the file is not downloaded. Follow application images

In the attached image we can see how the application behaves when clicking on the file that was attached to the call.

Oi,

Você poderia nos enviar o seu:

  • Versão GLPI, ou seja: GLPI 9.5.5 (O número completo da versão, não apenas GLPI 9.5 ou GLPI 10)
  • Versão Gapp, ou seja: Gapp 2.2.0 (0000290)
  • Versão do plug-in Gapp Essentials, ou seja: Essentials 1.3.0 ou 2.0.1
  • Versão do sistema operacional, ou seja: Ubuntu 22.04
  • Versão do servidor Web, ou seja: Apache 2.4.

We are planning to release a new version of Gapp Essentials, compatible with GLPI 9.5.9 soon (hopefully, next week).

We will let you know when it is released.

Gapp will no longer accept GLPI installations bellow GLPI 9.5.9 (Gapp Essentials 1.4.0) or 10.0.3 (Gapp Essentials 2.1.0), for security sake.

Hi @joaopauloalves1,

There is a new version of Gapp Essentials on the marketplace.

Gapp Essentials 1.4.1 for GLPI 9.5.9 and above (only GLPI 9.x.x, not GLPI 10.x.x). Gapp Essentials 2.1.1 for GLPI 10.0.3 and above.

Try it and, if the issue persist, please reopen this issue.
