Not sending emails for MFA code #4

I'm using GLPI 10.0.6 and the plugin it's not sending email codes with the LDAP authentication method. Also, I tried the Local authentication method and sometimes put the email in the notifications queue but this get freeze until I disable the plugin again.

Hi, On a quick review I can't see the plugin installed :) Also we need to any logs (PHP and SQL) related with the time you are using the mfa login, and the exact error you get when it " freezes" By the way, you should upgrade to 10.0.7. Regards,

His, I need to keep it uninstalled because the emails for MFA aren't working. Anyway, I don't know why but suddenly I installed the app for testing, and it sends a couple of emails, then the notification queue was stopped again. This is what I mean when I said freeze.

Anyway, I will perform the update to 10.0.7 and will check again.

Hi, Just in case you didn't know, you can disable it without uninstalling it. We will know which version you were using this way. If the queue has stopped, the problem might be at the queue's automatic action, but then again, we will need to know which is the error showing at te time. Let's wait for the update. Regards,
