For YAGP
Add a new option:
Check if the user has transfer permissions (same as GLPI) if enabled.
It will show a button on top of the right ticket pane

nn- This is a UX enhancement. No new feature is needed.
n- One-click Complete transfer
n- Once pressed, it should open a modal or enable a dropdown near the buttón to change the entity.
n- The same restrictions and functions as standard transfer will be used.
