Back button should always be visible #162

Hiya!

When reading a blog post, there is a UX papercut where in order to go back to where I was, I have to scroll up to the top of the blog post to access the back button.

Perhaps the back button could go at the top left of the nav bar?

I'd have to see a design. I think the current design would need changing a bit for that to not look crap.

What I think would be good (which phones do) is when you start scrolling up, to make that top bar visible (intuiting the user's intention to want that nav bar). This is probably fidely to implement (listening to debounced / throttled scroll events) but is the best thing I could think of
